His goal was to be able to identify the two most common types of behavior in the world: A and B. He said to identify A behaviors as “a” and B behaviors as “b.
He said that when he first started, he would have to go out into the world and see a and b. He would then tell himself, “I will call them b and a.” Then, after a few weeks of practice, he would no longer have to go out into the world to see a and b. Instead, he would simply identify A behaviors as A behaviors.
I think the general notion of being able to identify a “thing” and then say “I will call it that” is a good one. It’s important to help identify things in the world that make us feel uncomfortable and then find a way to make our lives easier for them. For example, I have never had a problem identifying the two types of hair color that people are allowed to wear to work.
So when you identify a behavior as a behavior, it means that we are identifying a behavior as a behavior. For example, I could say to myself, “I will call it the color of your hair.” Now, you could then say, “I’m not going to call it the color of the color of your hair,” but you would be able to tell the difference.
The problem is that we don’t have a way to define what a behavior is. We’ve never had a way to say, “I don’t want to call it the color of your hair.” Nor have we ever had a way to say, “I don’t want to call it the color of your face.” We don’t have a way to say, “I am not in the habit of calling it the color of my hair.
